Welcome to Kiddies Fontaine Fair. By purchasing tickets, registering, or attending the event, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Event Overview

Kiddies Fontaine Fair is a family-focused outdoor children’s festival designed for children aged 3–12 years and their families. The event features activity zones, games, performances, food vendors, and interactive experiences.

All attendees must comply with event guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

2. Ticket Purchase & Entry

Tickets may be purchased through the official Kiddies Fontaine website or authorized ticket partners.

  • All tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizers.

  • Tickets are valid only for the date specified.

  • Entry may require presentation of a digital or printed ticket.

  • The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to any person without valid admission.

Children under 3 years old may enter free, but must remain under parental supervision at all times.

3. Parental Responsibility

Kiddies Fontaine is a family event and children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Parents and guardians are fully responsible for:

  • Supervising their children at all times

  • Ensuring children follow safety instructions within activity zones

  • Monitoring children’s participation in physical activities

The event organizers and partners are not responsible for unattended children.

4. Safety & Participation

Certain activities may involve physical movement, play structures, or interactive equipment.

By participating in activities:

  • Parents acknowledge that participation is voluntary.

  • Parents accept responsibility for determining whether activities are suitable for their children.

  • Participants must follow instructions provided by event staff or activity facilitators.

The organizers reserve the right to restrict participation in any activity for safety reasons.

5. Health & Medical

Basic first aid services will be available on-site.

Attendees acknowledge that:

  • Participation in outdoor activities involves some level of risk.

  • The organizers cannot be held liable for injuries resulting from misuse of equipment, failure to follow instructions, or lack of supervision.

Parents must inform staff of any medical conditions or allergies affecting their child where necessary.

6. Event Photography & Media

By attending Kiddies Fontaine Fair, attendees consent to the use of photographs or videos taken during the event for:

  • Promotional materials

  • Marketing campaigns

  • Social media

  • Event documentation

No compensation will be provided for such use.

If you do not wish to appear in media coverage, please notify event staff upon arrival.

7. Food & Vendor Services

Food and beverages will be provided by approved vendors.

The organizers:

  • Do not manufacture food products sold at vendor booths

  • Are not responsible for food allergies or reactions

Parents are advised to check ingredient information with vendors before purchase.

8. Prohibited Items

To maintain safety and comfort, the following items are not permitted:

  • Weapons or dangerous objects

  • Illegal substances

  • Fireworks or hazardous materials

  • Alcohol not sold by approved vendors

Security reserves the right to inspect bags where necessary.

9. Event Changes

The organizers reserve the right to:

  • Modify event schedules

  • Change activities

  • Replace performers or vendors

  • Adjust the event layout if required

These changes may occur due to operational, safety, or weather conditions.

10. Cancellation Policy

If the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the organizers’ control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather

  • Safety concerns

  • Government restrictions

Ticket holders will receive communication regarding rescheduling or ticket transfer options.

11. Liability

Kiddies Fontaine Fair organizers, partners, vendors, and venue operators shall not be held liable for:

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Personal injury due to misuse of equipment

  • Incidents resulting from failure to follow event guidelines

Attendees participate at their own discretion.
